The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through the Sterling Pharmacy web site.
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.
Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. Some items may be marked not for individual sale. By submitting your order to Sterling Pharmacy you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.
Delivery
The delivery charge shown on the website is for UK mainland only. Dependent of your country of residence will determine the delivery charge. Click here to see our delivery charges. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Switch through the secure gateway operated by WorldPay Plc and are therefore subject to WorldPay's terms and conditions. We do not have access to any customer's credit card details.
Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.
Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Sterling Pharmacy. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Security
Personal and credit card details are sent to WorldPay Plc using secure 128-bit encryption through their own Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide them when accessing or ordering from Sterling Pharmacy.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Jurisdiction
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
